How do I place an order?

Browse the shop, select your size and color, then add items to your cart. When you're ready, head to checkout and fill in your shipping and payment details. You'll receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, your order enters our fulfillment queue and changes aren't possible. Contact us immediately at support@creatormerch.com if you need to make a change.

Do you offer promo codes or discounts?

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days within the US. Expedited (2–3 days) and overnight options are available at checkout. International orders typically arrive in 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to over 40 countries worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use that number on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or DHL depending on your location) to follow your package in real time.

Free standard shipping on all US orders over $75. Orders under $75 have a flat $6.99 shipping fee. Expedited and international shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Where can I find the size chart?

Every product page has a size chart in the Details tab. Measurements are listed in both inches and centimeters. If you are between sizes, choose the fit you prefer.

Will items shrink after washing?

Our blanks are pre-shrunk, so minimal shrinkage is expected. To keep your pieces looking fresh, wash cold, inside out, and tumble dry low. Avoid high heat — it breaks down the fabric and fades prints faster.

Do I need an account to order?

No — you can check out as a guest. But creating an account lets you track orders, save your address, and access your order history. Account features are coming soon.

Is there a loyalty or rewards program?
